What to do:
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 170C and line a 20x25cm baking tray with parchment.
Step 2
Put the coconut oil and dates in a small saucepan set over a low heat until the oil is melted. Remove from the heat and set aside for 15 minutes to cool and so the dates can soften.
Step 3
Combine the ground almonds, flours, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder in a mixing bowl.

Step 4
Tip the oil and date mixture into a blender with the eggs, sugar, Pro Mlk and vanilla. Whizz until smooth. Pour the mixture into the mixing bowl and fold together.
Step 5
Spoon the blondie mix into the prepared baking tray then dot the sliced strawberries and chocolate buttons over the top. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway. Cool, slice and serve into 16 squares and serve.
