What to do:
Step 1
For the granola, pre-heat the oven to 180C.
Step 2
Warm the almond butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a saucepan over a gentle heat until melted. Pour into a mixing bowl, leave cool for 5 minutes, then whisk in the Pro Mlk.
Step 3
Add the oats to the mixing bowl and stir so that every oat flake is coated.

Step 4
Tip the granola onto a non-stick baking tray and spread out. Bake for 15 minutes, giving the tray a shake halfway through the cooking time to ensure the granola clutters toast evenly. Set aside to cool and crisp up.
Step 5
For the filling, gently fold the cream cheese, yogurt, vanilla, icing sugar and Pro Mlk together.
Step 6
To assemble, spoon layers of granola and cheesecake filling into jam jars, finishing with a layer of granola and a sprinkle of flaked almonds on top.
