What to do:
Step 1
Pre-heat the oven to 180C and line a 12-hole muffin tin with large tulip muffin cases.
Step 2
In a blender, blitz the Pro Mlk, eggs, yogurt, vanilla extract, olive oil, maple syrup and banana until smooth.

Step 3
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder then fold in the wet mixture from the blender. Add the strawberries and combine.
Step 4
Divide the mixture between the 12 cases and bake for 15 minutes. Leave to cool in the trays then serve.
