High protein overnight weetabix

Your perfectly portioned out meal prep breakfast, ready for whatever the week throws at you!

Serves

One, but can be meal prepped!

Preparation time:

10 minutes

You’ll need:

2 Weetabix,

60ml – 100ml Chocolate Pro Mlk

150g Greek Yoghurt (or another high protein yoghurt of your choice!)

1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder,

1 tsp Honey

Toppings: Banana, Peanut Butter, Cacao
Nibs

 

 

 

What to do:

Step 1

Mash the Weetabix/ wheat bisks in your meal prep jar of choice then pour over the Pro Mlk and mix to combine to create a base to your jar that represents a cheesecake base.

Step 2

Combine the Greek Yoghurt (or your protein yoghurt), Cocoa Powder, 1 tsp honey and a splash of Pro Mlk, and spoon on top of the Weetabix mixture.

Step 3

Top with sliced Banana, Peanut Butter drizzle and Cacao Nibs
