chocolate and raspberry baked oats

Another portioned out meal prep breakfast, ready for whatever the week throws at you!

Serves

Cooking time:

30 minutes

You’ll need:

200g Oats

2 tbsp cocoa 

1 tsp Baking Powder

2 ripe Bananas

330ml Chocolate Pro Mlk

100g Frozen Raspberries

40g Choc Chips

To Serve:
Greek Yoghurt and berries

 

 

 

What to do:

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

Step 2

In a blender, whizz up the Bananas and Pro Mlk until smooth, then add in the dry ingredients and mix well.

Step 3

Fold in the Raspberries and choc chips and spoon the mixture into the baking dish.

Step 4

Bake for 30 mins, then let cool before drizzling with warmed peanut butter, cut into 6 portions.

Step 5

Serve with yoghurt and fresh berries.
