Chocolate protein French Toast

Your weekend breakfast, powered up with protein!

Serves

One, but can easily be doubled!

Preparation time:

10 minutes

You’ll need:

3 slices of White Bread

2 eggs

100ml Chocolate Pro Mlk

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

 

Optional toppings:Yoghurt, Berries, Maple Syrup

 

 

What to do:

Step 1

Whisk together the Eggs, Pro Mlk, Cinnamon and Vanilla before
dipping the bread into the eggy mixture.

Step 2

Spray a non stick frying pan with oil and cook for 2 mins on each side.

Step 3

Serve with Yoghurt, berries and Maple Syrup.
